Miroslav Zaťko has already worked for our law firm as an associate since 2014. He is primarily involved in litigation, corporate law and various regulated sectors, predominantly in insurance and banking law and pharmaceutical industry regulation.

Miroslav has participated in the provision of legal assistance to various banks, insurance companies, reinsurance companies and international companies, predominantly in regulatory matters concerning these sectors, in addition to legal advice on financing matters and mergers and acquisitions.
