We consider corporate social responsibility extremely important these days. We leverage our knowledge and experience for pro bono activities, which Čechová & Partners has carried out for many years. We primarily provide pro bono consulting services to the third sector. We have participated in charity events where the proceeds have been used for projects such as the League Against Cancer, the revitalisation of the Malá scéna theatre in Bratislava, support for the Resota resocialisation community of Anton Srholec, and other activities.
Spolu s odvahou Foundation
Our law firm Čechová & Partners is a long-term supporter of the Spolu s odvahou, member of the Bátor Tábor family which operates since 2001. It aims to help children suffering from cancer, diabetes, chronic arthritis and haemophilia, as well as their families, through recreational programmes. The main objective of the foundation is to give back to these children the childhood they lost while fighting severe illness. It gives them a feeling of achievement, boosts their self-confidence and, by creating positive feelings and experiences, helps them gain the strength to fight and foster their belief in recovery. Katarína Čechová is a member of the Board of Directors of the Spolu s odvahou Foundation.

We endorse goals of Bystriny to help to restore trust of Slovak society in institutions and in itself. By creating Bystriny support platform for initiatives Bystriny supports inspiring projects, provides them with tools for development and progress. Its aim is to make these individual initiatives more effective by means of connecting active people and making their voice stronger when together. In addition to the platform, Bystriny also organizes the White Crow Award, which it has taken over from the Alliance Fair-play and Via Iuris.

Čechová & Partners provides pro bono legal advice to the DEDO Foundation, which focuses on ending family homelessness in Košice and Prešov. The foundation applies the Housing First principle, offering families access to affordable housing and professional support through a multidisciplinary team. It also promotes employment inclusion through projects such as Dorka bags, helping families maintain stable housing. We are pleased that our cooperation with the DEDO Foundation contributes to systematic and long-term support for families in housing need.
