Peter Fedor

Peter Fedor is an associated attorney at our law firm with more than eight years of legal practice. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic), where he received first-class honours. In 2020 he expanded our team of attorneys by passing the bar exams again with honours.

Peter is a key member of our employment practice and regularly advises a wide range of clients, including multinational companies, on various employment matters. His experience includes preparation of employment documentation, handling terminations, representation in court proceedings, support during collective bargaining negotiations, advice on whistleblowing and other compliance issues, etc.

In addition to employment law, Peter specializes in data protection and has gained significant experience in this area. He helps clients with a variety of privacy-related matters, from simple risk assessments to complex GDPR implementation processes.

Peter also regularly represents our clients in court litigations.

He currently leads the firm’s office in Košice, where he supports a growing portfolio of clients in the region, while continuing to advise clients across the country. Peter regularly publishes expert articles and contributes to international legal guides. He is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association.
