Katarína Čechová

JUDr. Katarína Čechová is a bankruptcy and restructuring administrator registered in the list of insolvency administrators maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. She has practised as an insolvency practitioner since 1993. She has extensive experience not just as a bankruptcy trustee, but also with preparing restructuring reports and plans, and also as a legal adviser to creditors in proceedings for the exercise of rights and claims against bankrupts, debtors, or parties in financial difficulties, crisis or insolvency.
