We have contributed to the publication on “Equal Gender Pay” by World Services Group, outlining the legal framework regarding this topic in 20 European countries.
According to the latest official available data published by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic, the gender pay gap in Slovakia for 2018 was 18%. The good news is that the pay gap between men and women in Slovakia is steadily decreasing although the decrease tends to be slower than in the past.
