We welcome Marek Holka as our new partner
Marek started his career at Čechová & Partners back in 2006 as a law student. After having graduated in 2011 he continued his career with us. Marek has become our top expert in pharmaceutical and competition law. Our clients highly appreciate his reliable and proactive approach advising in a variety of complex pharmaceutical, distribution, antitrust, and competition matters.
Marek is happily married to his wife Linda and a proud father of his two-year-old son Filip. He likes good books, traveling, hiking and he is very fond of rock and metal music.
Marek is joining the partnership as of 1 January 2022 and we are already looking forward to the excellent personal contribution he will continue providing.
