Lenka Šubeníková

Lenka Šubeníková is a partner at Čechová & Partners with almost 20 years of legal practice. She is primarily involved in corporate law and M&A, real estate law and employment law.

Lenka leads our real estate practice and specializes in project developments, transactions (acquisition and sale of real estate), tenancy relations, construction law and regulatory matters concerning real estate. Lenka is also a co-head of our M&A practice. She represents clients in cross-border as well as local transactions in various business sectors. Lenka also gives advice on joint ventures and corporate reorganization, disputes among partners and/or shareholders, as well as on day-to-day corporate matters and corporate governance.

In respect of employment law, Lenka advises clients from various business sectors on employment matters in transactions, corporate reorganizations, issues related to companies entering the Slovak market and the creation and definition of various processes and policies in the HR area, as well as on day-to-day HR issues and operational matters.

Lenka handles also selected matters in respect of financing.
